About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic intern/fresher who will be responsible for customer interaction through calls.
The primary responsibilities include taking feedback from customers and assisting in payment collection follow-ups.
This role is ideal for candidates looking to start their career in customer handling, communication, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for feedback on services/products.
Maintain records of customer responses in an organized manner.
Follow up with customers regarding pending payments/collections.
Escalate issues/concerns to the senior team when required.
Support the team in daily operations and reporting.

Requirements:

Fresher / Graduate / Currently pursuing graduation.
Good verbal communication skills (Hindi & English preferred).
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel will be an added advantage.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and customer-oriented approach.
Ability to handle calls professionally and politely.
