Job Description

The HR Intern will support the recruitment process and assist in core HR activities while receiving comprehensive training. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring, interview coordination, and day-to-day HR operations in a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Conduct and coordinate interviews with applicants across multiple roles.
Manage internal and external communication related to hiring and HR activities.
Participate in HR training sessions to develop functional knowledge and practical skills.
Support administrative HR tasks as required.
