Job Description

Role Objective

To support the Corporate Finance Member in ensuring accurate maintenance of management books of accounts, timely reconciliation with statutory/organizational books, and preparation of financial reports for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update management books of accounts on a timely basis.
Ensure proper classification and recording of financial transactions.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
Perform reconciliation of management books with organizations statutory books of accounts.
Investigate variances and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Coordinate with other finance team members for timely data collection.
Prepare schedules and statements for management reporting.
Support in variance analysis between management and statutory accounts.
Assist in MIS preparation and financial presentations.
Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and standards.
Support internal/external audit requirements by providing reconciliations and documentation.
Assist Corporate Finance Member in day-to-day operations.
Handle ad-hoc financial data requests for management review.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial information.
