ORANTS AI is looking for an eager Intern: Customer Support to join our client-facing team. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in providing top-notch support for cutting-edge AI and Big Data products in a fast-paced tech environment. Responsibilities: Assist in responding to customer inquiries and support requests via email, chat, and potentially phone. Help troubleshoot basic product issues and guide users through common processes. Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system. Contribute to the creation and improvement of our knowledge base articles and FAQs. Collaborate with senior support specialists and product teams to understand client needs. Learn about our AI and Big Data platforms to better assist users. Requirements: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree in any field. Strong interest in customer service , technical support , and the technology (AI/Big Data) sector. Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Empathetic and patient approach to problem-solving. Basic computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new software. Proactive , detail-oriented, and able to take initiative in a remote environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team.
