🤝 What You’ll Do:

✓ Support grassroots programs with farmer groups, SHGs & youth

✓ Assist in planning, training & implementation activities

✓ Conduct surveys, interviews, and field documentation

✓ Help create awareness material & digital outreach

✓ Contribute ideas that spark real progress in communities

💡 Who We’re Looking For:

• Self-driven learners excited about development sector

• Hindi communication required (field work)

• Ready to roll up sleeves, travel & make things happen!

• Backgrounds in Agriculture / Development / Sociology / Rural Management / Environment / Social Sciences preferred, not mandatory
