Intern - Content Creation

Role Overview:

We are looking for a resourceful and aesthetically driven Content Creation Intern to support our creative and production team in executing high-impact visual content. This role goes beyond desk work — you'll be actively involved in styling, assisting during shoots, creating mood boards, curating visual references, and contributing to concept development for campaigns, social media, and brand assets.

This internship is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail, an innate sense of style, and a passion for visual storytelling and fashion/editorial content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist photographers, stylists, and creative directors during photo and video shoots
• Help in styling, prop arrangements, outfit coordination, and on-set logistics
• Create detailed mood boards, reference decks, and shoot plans for campaigns
• Scout and compile visual references and inspiration aligned with brand tone
• Support in pre-production planning, shoot execution, and post-production coordination
• Organize and maintain shoot materials, styling items, and production checklists
• Research trends across fashion, beauty, design, pop culture, and visual art to contribute fresh ideas
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the content, design, and social media teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education in Mass Media, Fashion Communication, Visual Arts, or related fields
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of visual composition
• Knowledge of fashion trends, styling basics, and digital media
• Proficiency in tools like Pinterest, Canva, Google Slides, or similar visual planning software
• Basic understanding of photography/videography dynamics is a plus
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to adapt in high-paced creative environments
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Portfolio or past work (mood boards, content shoots, styling projects, etc.) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
