𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞⁣⁣

Ascent is seeking a dynamic and driven intern to join our B2B IT Consulting team for a 3-month internship focused on consultative IT assignments. This role is designed to be highly educative and experiential. You will engage with businesses to understand their operational challenges and help craft technology-led solutions that drive efficiency and growth.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

This is not a conventional tech role - it’s about problem-solving, relationship-building and long-term value creation. Consulting cycles can vary from a few weeks to over two years, offering deep insights into enterprise decision-making and solutioning.⁣⁣

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬⁣⁣

(1) Engage with potential clients to understand their business processes and identify inefficiencies⁣⁣

(2) Collaborate with internal teams to suggest practical and scalable tech solutions⁣⁣

(3) Participate in calls, virtual meetings and discussions with stakeholders⁣⁣

(4) Support lead nurturing efforts through emails, calls, and follow-ups⁣⁣

(5) Draft client-ready proposals, presentations, and documents using tools like Canva and MS Word⁣⁣

𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮, 𝐢𝐟⁣⁣

(1) You think like a consultant - curious, analytical and solution-oriented⁣⁣

(2) You have strong communication skills - proficient in English, Hindi, and Gujarati⁣⁣

(3) You’re confident with presentations and documentation, and can use Canva or similar tools to design impactful decks⁣⁣

(4) You enjoy understanding how businesses work and are eager to learn about enterprise technology and systems⁣⁣

(5) You’re self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute meaningfully in a fast-paced environment⁣⁣
