Key Skills / Background Required

  • Strong understanding of heat transfer basics
  • Hands-on experience (academic or project based) with thermal simulation tools like ANSYS or similar
  • Familiarity with CAD tools
  • Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Prior internship or project work in thermal simulation or electronics cooling is an added advantage
  • Quick Learner
  • Perform thermal simulations using ANSYS Fluent
  • Support pre-processing tasks : CAD Clean-up, Meshing and boundary condition set-up
  • Analyze simulation results to evaluate thermal performance, hotspot and cooling Strategies
  • Assist in validating simulation results with test data
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate findings
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including design, electronics, testing and project engineers
