Intermediate Charted Accountant

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with 2–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will support and manage assignments across audit, taxation, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance, depending on the firm’s/client’s needs. This is a hands-on role with direct client interaction, team collaboration, and scope for growth into leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and review statutory, tax, internal, and GST audits.
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, income tax returns for individuals, firms, and corporates.
• Assist in tax assessments, departmental queries, and client representations.
• Finalize financial statements and ensure compliance with Ind-AS / Indian GAAP.
• Handle client queries, provide advisory on tax and compliance matters.
• Supervise and mentor article assistants and junior team members.
• Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage ledger reconciliations, working capital, and cash flow analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings.
• Contribute to process improvements and ERP system implementation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Taxation, Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and the Companies Act.
• Working knowledge of Tally, Excel, and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Zoho, etc.) preferred.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills – able to manage clients and team members.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
