We are seeking a Site Supervisor / Site In-charge, who thrives fast-paced environment, enjoys working with a team, and wants to grow with the company. Our company is working at the PAN India level and created a successful numerous luxurious, houses, restaurants, hotels, schools, and villas located all across India. We work completely from start to finish. We are involved in turnkey projects and we are not involved in high-rise building projects.

Responsibilities & Reporting:

• Site Management: - Ensure site is clean, organized, and safe for workers, Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Project Timeline Management: - Monitor and track project progress against timelines, Identify and mitigate potential delays.
• Quality Control: - Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications, Conduct regular inspections and report any defects.
• Material Management:- Coordinate with procurement team for material delivery, Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
• Labor Management: - Supervise and manage labor force effectively, Ensure adequate manpower and resources.
• Safety and Compliance: - Ensure site safety protocols are followed, Comply with regulatory requirements.
• Communication:- Coordinate with project manager, architects, and clients, Provide regular progress updates.
• Issue Resolution:- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly, Escalate major issues to project manager.
