Interior Site Supervisor

We are looking for site supervisors to undertake a variety of space designing projects. You will deal with the

execution of the variety of projects from coordinating with the design team to liaising with the stakeholders to

managing and executing the design.

The goal is to design practical but yet visually pleasing designs.

Minimum work experience required is 3 years.

Responsibilities

● Monitoring day to day site activities

● Maintaining quality of Good work

● Preparing regular reports like daily progress report

● Weekly progress report and monthly progress report

● Handling all interior site related activities

● Capability to finish project in all respects like line out to finished work

● Maintaining all records related to site

● Capable of handling multiple projects independently, coordinating with architects, contractors and

different agencies to improve and maintain quality and safety as well as on the Interior Project.

● Labor handling, Documentation work, Site administration work, Measurement, Marking as per final

drawing, Co-ordination for site purpose, Attend meeting with Client, Contractors bill checking, Handing

over site to the client.

● Monitoring and Reporting all site related activities for execution like:-

Civil works, Electrical Works, Carpentry works, Plumbing Works, POP Works, False Ceiling

works, Fire Alarm Systems, Smoke Detectors, CCTV work, Fabrication works, Painting works,

Modular Home Furniture Installation, Modular Office Installation, Modular Kitchen

Measurement and Production Measurements, Final Measurement.

● Supervise work progress for multiple projects simultaneously

● Take ownership of multiple projects

● Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and contractors

● Take initiatives for company growth

Requirements

● Proven working experience of minimum 3 years in execution of interior spaces

● Should be able to understand working drawings

● Project management skills

● High professional integrity.

● Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and to respond proactively as and when required.

● Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines.

● Ability to be proactive, to use initiative and to work autonomously. Excellent attention to detail.
