Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Wallter Systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project execution within the furniture/interiors domain and be capable of independently handling end-to-end project responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Factory & Production Management: Oversee day-to-day factory operations, manage production timelines, ensure quality control, and coordinate with carpenters and technicians.
• Site Supervision: Visit and monitor project sites to ensure work is progressing as planned and according to quality standards.
• Client Handling: Act as the point of contact for clients during project execution; provide regular updates and resolve queries.
• Hardware Procurement: Identify, source, and procure hardware and raw materials as per project needs and budgets.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with in-house designers, carpenters, vendors, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Timeline & Budget Tracking: Maintain project schedules, monitor budgets, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Vendor & Contractor Management: Liaise with external vendors, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely deliveries.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management within the furniture/interiors industry.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry work, materials, production processes, and quality standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi (preferred).
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to travel to sites within Bangalore as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,194.39 - ₹31,431.10 per month
