Job Description

SMK Mouldars LLP is looking for a skilled and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage and supervise interior fit-out projects at site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, coordination with contractors, and timely completion of interior works as per drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day interior site activities and workforce
• Ensure execution of interior works as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and project managers
• Monitor work quality, workmanship, and material usage
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and safety standards
• Handle site measurements, inspections, and progress reporting
• Resolve on-site technical and execution-related issues
• Maintain site documentation, daily reports, and material records

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 3–4years of experience in interior site supervision
• Strong knowledge of interior works such as carpentry, modular furniture, gypsum, painting, flooring, and finishes
• Ability to read and interpret interior drawings
• Good communication and team coordination skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in residential, commercial, or office interiors
• Knowledge of material specifications and vendors
• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
