Interior Site Supervisor

Job Overview : The Interior Site Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring timely execution of residential and commercial interior projects. This role includes managing subcontractors, ensuring quality standards, material planning, and maintaining clear communication between the client, design team, and production team. Key Responsibilities : Oversee day-to-day site work and ensure execution matches approved drawings and BOQ. Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other subcontractors. Take accurate site measurements and cross-verify with production cutlist and design drawings. Ensure installation of hardware, modular materials, and on-site fabrication as per standards. Plan material requirements and ensure timely delivery to avoid project delays. Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure adherence to company standards and checklists. Report daily work progress, delays, and site status through photos, videos, and update logs. Resolve technical and on-site challenges in coordination with the design and production team. Conduct final quality checks before handover, including snag rectification. Maintain client communication in a professional manner and manage expectations. Required Skills & Competencies : Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution (Modular furniture, civil, electrical, plumbing, painting, and false ceiling). Ability to read architectural and interior drawings (Layout, elevations, MEP, and modular details). Site coordination and workforce handling experience. Problem-solving mindset and decision-making ability under pressure. Proficiency in site documentation, snag reporting, and checklist preparation. Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp reporting, basic AutoCAD preferred). Qualification : Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / B.Tech (Civil) or relevant field. Experience in interior execution is mandatory.
