Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Overseeing all aspects of the project, from initial planning to final completion, including managing schedules, budgets, and resources. Site Supervision: Directly supervising and coordinating the work of site laborers, subcontractors, and other professionals involved in the project. Quality Control: Ensuring that the work is carried out to the required quality standards, as per design specifications and client requirements. Safety Management: Enforcing and maintaining safety protocols on the site, including conducting regular safety inspections and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Client Communication: Serving as a primary point of contact for the client, keeping them informed of project progress, addressing their queries, and managing their expectations. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of all project activities, including site diaries, progress reports, and incident reports. Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise on the site in a timely and effective manner. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
