Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor Location: Ernakulam Experience: 3–7 years Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design Salary: [Mention Salary – e.g., ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month] Industry: Interior Design Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely execution of work, quality control, site coordination, and managing on-site teams and contractors. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site activities and ensure timely completion of interior projects. Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams. Monitor work progress and quality, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards. Manage labor, materials, and site resources efficiently. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any site-related issues. Liaise with clients, architects, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain daily work reports and provide project updates to management. Ensure proper implementation of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry works as per interior plans. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in interior fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of interior construction details and finishing materials. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple sites and teams. Proficient in reading technical drawings and BOQs. Willingness to travel to various project locations (if required).
