Job Description

Job Summary: Mercy Shelters Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and skilled Site Engineer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing construction and interior design projects. The ideal candidate should be ready to travel to various project locations across Tamil Nadu and demonstrate excellent site execution and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage site activities related to construction and interior design works Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project execution Monitor quality and safety compliance on site Review and interpret construction drawings and BOQs Prepare daily/weekly progress reports Manage site workforce and ensure effective resource utilization Maintain strong communication with the project management team Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in site execution of construction and/or interior design projects Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations Ability and willingness to travel to project sites across Tamil Nadu Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools preferred
