About Us:
At Makers’ Loft Design Studio, we create thoughtfully designed residential and commercial interiors with a focus on detail, functionality, and aesthetics. We’re looking for a Site Supervisor to join our growing team and ensure seamless on-site execution of our design projects.

Role Overview:

As a Site Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring that the design intent is executed to perfection — on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities for interior projects
• Ensure work is executed as per design drawings and quality standards
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and clients
• Track material deliveries and site progress timelines
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports and progress updates
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper site documentation
• Resolve site-level issues efficiently and proactively

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction details
• Proficiency in reading AutoCAD drawings
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently under tight deadlines
