Interior Site Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure that interior fit-out and finishing works are completed on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations for interior projects (residential/commercial/retail).
• Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Liaise between project managers, designers, contractors, and vendors to maintain workflow.
• Monitor progress against project schedules and report any delays or issues.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available on-site as needed.
• Conduct quality checks at various stages of the work.
• Manage subcontractors and site labor, ensuring productivity and discipline.
• Enforce site safety procedures and conduct regular safety briefings.
• Maintain site logs, daily reports, and photographic documentation of progress.
• Assist in resolving any technical or site-related issues that arise during execution.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and protection of the site and installed materials.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• Proven experience (1+ years) as a Site Supervisor in interior fit-outs or construction.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, carpentry, MEP coordination, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, and specifications.
• Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email communication, reporting tools).

Preferred:

• Experience in managing residential or commercial interior projects.
• Own two-wheeler or means of commuting to site locations.

Pay: ₹8,296.59 - ₹25,000.00 per month
