About the Role:
HomeStyles is seeking a skilled and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of our interior design projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality. As the Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between design concepts and their successful on-site implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all on-site activities for residential and commercial interior design projects.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Interpret and implement design plans, layouts, and specifications on-site.
• Monitor progress to ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline and budget.
• Conduct site inspections to maintain quality control and adherence to safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues or challenges effectively.
• Maintain regular communication with the design team to align project execution with design goals.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on site progress and activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing interior design or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and multitask.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
• A degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
