Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Interior Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily interior fit-out activities at project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely execution, quality control, safety compliance, and coordination among vendors, contractors, and the design team. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor day-to-day interior work at the site including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, and finishing work. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow. Read and interpret technical drawings, layout plans, and specifications. Ensure that materials used and workmanship meet quality standards. Manage project timelines and ensure tasks are completed as per schedule. Maintain safety standards at the worksite and ensure all activities are in compliance with legal and company safety guidelines. Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and the project team for updates and problem-solving. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, labor deployment, and material requirement. Handle on-site challenges proactively and resolve any execution-related issues. Requirements: Proven experience (0-1 year) in interior site supervision or project execution. Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and techniques. Ability to read and understand architectural/interior drawings. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and project reporting tools. Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Construction Management or related field. Preferred Skills:Experience in commercial, residential, and office interior projects. Ability to manage multiple projects/sites simultaneously. Time management and decision-making under pressure.
