The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed smoothly, on time, and to our high standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Site Management: Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring projects are completed as per design specifications and timelines. 2. Procurement: Prepare and manage procurement lists for site materials and supplies. 3. Team Leadership: Lead and guide site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. 4. Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, and team members, providing regular updates and resolving issues promptly. 5. Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of workmanship and quality. Requirements: 1. Experience: Prior experience in interior design project management or supervision. 2. Language Skills: Basic proficiency in English and Hindi. 3. Mathematical Skills: Basic mathematical skills for calculations and measurements. 4. Mobility: Own motorcycle for site visits and travel. 5. People Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 6. Attitude: Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
