Interior Site Supervisor

As an Interior Designer, your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site and ensuring effective communication of client requirements to various departments within the organization. You will need to understand the technical aspects of the work and provide clear explanations to others while motivating and guiding team members to deliver quality performance. Key Responsibilities: - Set project goals, manage projects from start to finish, and communicate effectively with clients to address implementation queries. - Prior experience in implementing interiors for high-end premium Villas or Residential Projects is preferred. - Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors, requiring strong communication skills. - Prepare interim and final reports for both clients and management. - Stay updated with the latest developments in the design industry, proficiency in Auto-CAD and MS Office. Qualifications Required: - 3 to 5 years of experience in the Residential Interior Industry. - Fluency in English and Hindi. - Ability to multitask and maintain a pleasant personality while working effectively within a team. - Self-motivation, energy, flexibility, and adaptability are essential qualities for success in this role. This is a full-time role with a day shift schedule. A willingness to travel up to 25% of the time is preferred. The work location is in person.
