Position Overview The Site Supervisor will oversee daily on-site operations to ensure seamless execution of interior design projects. This role requires hands-on management of contractors, adherence to design specifications, and strict quality control. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to manage teams and timelines efficiently, and ensure projects are delivered with precision and within schedule. Key Responsibilities Project Execution & ManagementOversee and manage all daily on-site activities, including civil work, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing stages. Ensure strict adherence to approved design drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines. Implement and enforce quality control checks at all phases of the project. Identify and resolve site-level challenges proactively, minimizing delays and ensuring design intent is preserved. Team & Vendor Coordination: Supervise and coordinate work between contractors, subcontractors, skilled labor, and vendors on-site. Maintain clear, consistent communication with the design and project management team. Conduct daily site briefings and ensure all teams are aligned with deliverables. Quality AssuranceInspect work for adherence to design, safety, and material standards. Ensure the use of approved materials, tools, and finishes. Conduct quality checks before client walkthroughs or milestone sign-offs. Qualifications & Requirements Education & ExperienceDiploma or technical certification in interior design, construction, architecture, or a related field. 1–2 years of hands-on experience in site supervision or project execution in the interiors or construction industry. Familiarity with interior design workflows, material finishes, and installation sequences. Technical SkillsAbility to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings. Strong understanding of site-level processes—civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works. Knowledge of material application, measurements, and vendor coordination. Awareness of safety practices and on-site protocols. Other AttributesStrong leadership and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to high standards of execution. Good verbal communication in English and local language(s). Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders on-site.
