We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site execution, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and ensure timely and quality delivery of interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, people management skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving on site. Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage interior site execution work as per design and quality standards. Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and clients for smooth project execution. Monitor and ensure timely completion of project milestones. Oversee the installation of carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works. Manage site materials, measurements, BOQs, and daily work progress. Conduct regular quality checks and ensure adherence to safety norms. Resolve site issues and provide timely updates to the project manager or design team. Maintain daily site reports, checklists, and documentation.
