We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Interior Site Supervisor/Project Manager to oversee our interior design projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise site activities. Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance. Resolve any onsite issues promptly and escalate as needed. Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and change orders. Collaborate with the design team to interpret plans and specifications accurately. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Project Manager in interior design or construction projects. Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods. Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
