Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for an Interior Site Engineer. The individual will oversee on-site construction activities, manage quality control, ensure compliance with design plans and codes, and liaise with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors. The responsibilities also include resolving on-site challenges, monitoring project progress, and maintaining open communication with all relevant parties to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in on-site construction management and quality control practices
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Knowledge of interior and civil engineering
• Ability to review and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints
• Experience in managing timelines and ensuring adherence to project schedules
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field
• 2 - 4 year experience in interior site management is highly desirable
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
