Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Site Engineer based in Chennai. The Interior Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and managing on-site activities, ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met. Key responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, overseeing construction, performing quality control checks, and ensuring structural compliance. The candidate will work closely with teams to ensure project efficiency and successful completion.

Qualifications

• Ability to oversee on-site workflows and ensure timely project completion.
• Strong communication skills for effective coordination with team members, clients, and contractors.
• Proficiency in quality control processes to maintain high standards in construction.
• Knowledge of structural engineering and civil engineering concepts and applications.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in interior or construction projects is an advantage.
