Job Description

1. Project Planning and Management:

  • Defining Project Scope and Objectives:Collaborating with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints to establish clear project goals and deliverables.
  • Creating Project Plans:Developing detailed plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to guide the project's execution.
  • Scheduling and Coordination:Managing project timelines, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Budget Management:Monitoring project expenses, tracking costs, and ensuring that the project stays within the approved budget.

2. Client and Stakeholder Management:

  • Maintaining Client Communication:Keeping clients informed of project progress, addressing their concerns, and managing their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Managing Stakeholder Relationships:Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other relevant parties.

3. Design and Implementation Oversight:

  • Reviewing Designs:Collaborating with designers to review and refine design plans, ensuring they align with client requirements and project specifications.
  • Material Selection:Overseeing the selection of furniture, finishes, and other materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and project requirements.
  • Site Supervision:Conducting regular site visits to monitor the progress of the project, ensuring work is executed according to design specifications and quality standards.
  • Quality Control:Ensuring the quality of workmanship and materials used throughout the project, adhering to industry best practices and safety regulations.

4. Risk Management:

  • Identifying Potential Risks:Recognizing potential problems or delays that could impact the project's timeline or budget.
  • Developing Mitigation Strategies:Implementing plans to address and resolve any issues that arise, minimizing disruptions to the project.

5. Post-Project Activities:

  • Project Closure:Ensuring all project tasks are completed, documentation is finalized, and the project is handed over to the client.
  • Client Feedback:Gathering feedback from clients to assess their satisfaction with the project and identify areas for improvement in future projects

Educational Qualification: B.Tech Civil/ Interior Designing
Experience Required : 4-10 yrs exp in site supervision of Interior Designing works is a must.Skill Set: Site Management, Team Management etc

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
