Interior Project Manager – Sales & Execution

Experience: 3–5 years
Location: Hyderabad

FOID is a premium interior design and furniture brand delivering high-end residential and select commercial projects. We’re looking for an Interior Project Manager who can convert qualified leads, close project sign-offs, and own execution end to end from design finalization to handover.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for taking a project from client sign-off to final handover, while also supporting sales conversations, proposal closures, and revenue conversion. You are expected to own timelines, quality, client communication, and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Conversion

· Support sales discussions with clients post initial enquiry

· Coordinate with design teams to freeze scope, timelines, and commercials

· Drive project sign-off and work order closures

· Maintain revenue visibility across assigned projects

Project Execution (End to End)

· Own the project from sign-off through execution to handover

· Coordinate across design, production, procurement, and site teams

· Manage vendors, contractors, and supervisors

· Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, materials, and quality benchmarks.

Client Management

· Act as the single point of contact for the client post sign-off

· Manage expectations, changes, and approvals

· Handle escalations calmly and professionally

Quality, Timelines & Cost Control

· Track schedules, dependencies, and milestones

· Enforce quality checks at site and factory levels

· Ensure deviations and changes are documented and approved

Qualifications

· Graduate in Civil Engineering or a related field

· Interior Design qualification preferred.

· 3–5 years’ experience in interior projects with client-facing responsibility.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
