Job Description

Client Communication: Understand client needs, requirements, and budget. Design Planning: Develop design concepts, create floor plans and elevations, and present them to clients. Material Selection: Choose materials, finishes, and furniture that suit the design and budget. Budgeting and Project Management: Estimate project costs, create timelines, and manage project execution. Technical Skills: Use design software (CAD), read blueprints, and understand building codes and regulations. Collaboration: Work with architects, contractors, and other professionals to implement the design. Project Oversight: Oversee construction, installation, and ensure client satisfaction. Artistic Ability and Creativity: A strong sense of aesthetics and the ability to visualize designs. Communication: Effective communication with clients, vendors, and contractors. Problem-solving: Finding solutions to design challenges and coordinating projects effectively. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in design software, building codes, and construction practices. Project Management: Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project execution. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
