NSN Studio Divine is a design-driven interior studio specializing in apartments, villas, and farmhouse projects. With a strong focus on premium residential interiors, our team blends creativity with precision execution to deliver spaces that are elegant, functional, and timeless.

We are expanding our project execution team and looking for a dedicated Interior Project Manager / Site Supervisor to oversee residential interior projects in Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise execution of apartments, villas, and farmhouse interiors from start to handover.
• Oversee daily site operations with focus on quality, timelines, and design accuracy.
• Coordinate between design team, contractors, vendors, and clients for smooth execution.
• Review technical drawings, BOQs, and ensure strict compliance with specifications.
• Monitor material procurement, deliveries, and site readiness.
• Conduct regular inspections and resolve site issues efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to safety and site discipline protocols.
• Maintain progress reports and provide timely updates to management and clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in interior project management / site supervision (residential sector).
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and detailing.
• Ability to manage multiple residential projects across Delhi NCR.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural & interior drawings.
• Based in or open to travel across Delhi NCR.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Project Management.
• Prior experience in luxury residential interiors preferred.
• Strong vendor & contractor management skills.
