Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Interior Project Manager to oversee and deliver interior design projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality results. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
2. Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
3. Design Coordination: Coordinate with designers, architects, and contractors to ensure design intent is met.
4. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
5. Site Management: Oversee site preparation, construction, and installation, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
6. Budget Management: Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
7. Quality Control: Ensure projects meet quality standards, codes, and regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
