Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage all on-site activities for interior projects. Supervise project execution from start to handover. Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth progress. Monitor project schedules, resources, and budgets. Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Communicate with clients regarding updates, changes, and approvals. Manage subcontractors and vendors for timely material supply and installation. Ensure that all work complies with design and technical specifications.
