Job Description

Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of project execution and client communication throughout the lifecycle.
Coordinate with manpower agencies to allocate the right resources and ensure timely completion.
Foster effective teamwork and communication among all project stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain formal project progress reports such as Weekly Progress Reports.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and design teams.
Lead and guide the installation team to execute work safely and as per design specifications.
Collaborate with internal functional teams to ensure high standards of quality and customer experience.

Expertise & Qualifications:

B.Tech in Civil or Architecture from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college.
Preferred: B.Tech (Civil/Architecture) + MBA from RICS or NICMAR.
Minimum 2 years of experience in executing corporate or residential interior fit-out projects.
Strong command of English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Solid understanding of project management principles.
High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, or Google Sheets.
Excellent interpersonal and multitasking abilities to manage clients, vendors, and teams.
A proactive, ownership-driven attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset
