INTERIOR LEAD DESIGNER

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the design team to produce high-quality interior design projects.
• Develop and present design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to all specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, builders, and other professionals to bring design concepts to life.
• Stay updated with industry trends and integrate new ideas into design practices.
• Review and approve design work, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
• Edit and refine designs based on client feedback and project constraints.
• Facilitate client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design intentions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and material specifications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
