Key Responsibilities:
● Supervise and execute interior finishing works, including flooring, false ceilings, wall finishes, joinery, painting, modular fittings, and fixtures.
● Coordinate with architects, designers, procurement, and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
● Inspect materials (tiles, laminates, veneers, paints, sanitary fittings, etc.) to ensure quality compliance.
● Manage subcontractors and skilled labour, ensuring work is completed within timelines and budgets.
● Review and interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications, ensuring on-site execution matches design intent.
● Monitor and maintain finishing quality standards and resolve site issues proactively.
● Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
● Prepare and track progress reports, snag lists, and handover documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
