Interior Designer/Project Manager

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Exposure : 2-4 yeras in interior industry

Job description:

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Responsibilities

• Create Power Point Presentation , Interior design concepts, layouts, and material boards as per client requirements.
• Prepare 2D/3D drawings, detailed working drawings, and presentation documents.
• Suggest materials, finishes, color schemes, furniture, and décor in line with design aesthetics and budget.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, present designs, and incorporate feedback.
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and assist in vendor selection.

Site Supervision Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure work progress as per approved drawings and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams for smooth execution of interior works.
• Monitor quality of workmanship, finishes, and materials used on-site.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and resolve site-related issues proactively.
• Track project progress, prepare site reports, and update management/clients regularly.
• Manage site measurements, material deliveries, and installation of furniture & fixtures.
• Ensure timely completion of project within budget and quality parameters.
