Interior Designer/Project Manager

You are a creative and detail-oriented Architectural and Interior Designer responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing architectural and interior projects from start to finish. Your role demands a balance of technical knowledge, artistic vision, and project management skills to deliver functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable spaces. - Develop design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for architectural and interior projects. - Prepare 2D drawings for client approval. - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, budget, and functional requirements. - Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure design accuracy and feasibility. - Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and dcor elements that align with project aesthetics and functionality. - Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards. - Prepare project timelines, budgets, and progress reports. - Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality execution. - Stay updated on design trends, new materials, and innovative technologies. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree or Diploma in Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. - Excellent visualization, creativity, and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and presentation abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics and functionality.
