Interior Designer/Project Manager

As an Architectural and Interior Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing architectural and interior projects from inception to completion. Your technical expertise, creative vision, and project management skills will be essential in delivering functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable spaces. Key Responsibilities: - Develop design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for architectural and interior projects. - Prepare 2D drawings for client approval. - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, budget, and functional requirements. - Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure design accuracy and feasibility. - Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and decor elements in alignment with project aesthetics and functionality. - Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards. - Prepare project timelines, budgets, and progress reports. - Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality execution. - Stay updated on design trends, new materials, and innovative technologies. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree or Diploma in Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. - Excellent visualization, creativity, and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and presentation abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics and functionality.
