Interior Designer

Our projects combine function with strong aesthetics — and we value designers who can move fast, think creatively, and execute ideas with flair. --- Role Overview: We are looking for passionate Interior Designers – both experienced professionals and talented freshers – who can translate our vision into vibrant, functional spaces. Your ability to work quickly without compromising on style is key. --- Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, and execute interiors for residential, hospitality, and commercial spaces. Create mood boards, 3D renders, material palettes, and layout plans. Work closely with carpenters, painters, and other vendors to bring designs to life on-site. Ensure projects are delivered on time with a strong focus on aesthetics and functionality. Source and select decor elements (furnishings, artwork, lighting, etc.) aligned with project themes. Make fast, confident decisions on colors, textures, and decor elements. Coordinate with the founder and team to align design direction with brand philosophy. --- Key Skills Required: Strong aesthetic sense and passion for interior décor. Ability to work quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of materials, finishes, and on-site execution. Basic to advanced knowledge of design tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Canva, Photoshop, etc.). Good communication and coordination skills. A flair for themed or concept-based design is a plus. --- Qualifications: Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design or related field. 0–3 years of experience (Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome).
