About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering beautiful, functional spaces tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, style preferences, and functional needs for kitchens and wardrobes.
• Design customized modular kitchens and wardrobe solutions using CAD software and other design tools.
• Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, layouts, and mood boards for client presentations.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, fittings, and color schemes aligned with client expectations and project budgets.
• Coordinate with the production and installation teams to ensure design implementation is accurate and of high quality.
• Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, innovations, and materials in kitchen and wardrobe design.
• Provide expert advice on space optimization, storage solutions, and ergonomics.
• Conduct site visits to oversee installation and resolve any on-site issues promptly.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience(freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design software.
• Strong understanding of modular kitchen systems, hardware fittings, and materials used in wardrobe manufacturing.
• Good project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and client-interaction skills.
• Attention to detail with a creative and innovative approach to design.
• Knowledge of local trends, materials, and vendors in Kerala is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
• Experience with ERP systems for project tracking.
• Fluency in Malayalam and English (speaking and writing).
