Role Overview

Architectural Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed design plans for interior and exterior projects.
• Produce 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and visualizations using tools like 

  SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Lumion

  .
• Coordinate with the Project Manager for design briefs, revisions, and execution plans.
• Ensure designs meet project goals, timelines, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience

   in interior and/or exterior design.
• Proficient in 

  SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Lumion

  , and other design tools.
• Strong visualization and presentation skills.
• Ability to work 

  independently

   and adapt to the fast-paced nature of a 

  startup

   environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to take initiative and contribute creatively to projects.
