Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and organized Interior Designer with 2–3 years of experience in residential and/or commercial projects. This role is a key part of our design team, requiring proficiency in design software, strong client interaction skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion under senior supervision. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented team player with a passion for innovative design.

The candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initial client consultation to final completion, ensuring designs meet client goals while staying on budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their project requirements, style preferences, and budget.
• Develop innovative design concepts, including preliminary sketches and detailed 2D/3D plans.
• Create "mood boards" and presentations to communicate design vision to clients.
• Source and select materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes that align with the design and budget.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design integrity.
• Manage project budgets, create cost estimates, and ensure projects are completed on time.
• Prepare and present detailed drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Oversee site visits and construction to ensure the project aligns with the design plan and building codes.
• Stay current with the latest design trends, materials, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Proven experience in project management for interior design projects.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling software).
• Strong creativity, artistic ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,692.30 - ₹50,587.50 per month
