Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Pune, with the flexibility to work from home on specified days. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs, handling space planning, creating detailed construction drawings, and collaborating on furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selection. The role requires end-to-end project involvement, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring that designs align with client requirements and exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning, with a focus on designing practical and visually appealing spaces.
• Knowledge of Architecture and expertise in creating detailed Construction Drawings for project implementation.
• Experience in selecting and coordinating Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) to enhance overall design quality.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management and ability to oversee projects from concept through completion.
• Previous experience in residential or commercial interior design projects is an advantage.
