We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate our design philosophy into powerful visuals across print, digital, and spatial communication. This role demands strong aesthetic sense, brand thinking, and the ability to create consistent, high-quality design output across multiple mediums and deadlines.

Role Description

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing and maintaining the visual language of Spine Infratech and its associated brands. The individual will work closely with the leadership, marketing, and project teams to design presentations, brochures, social media creatives, on-site graphics, and digital assets that reflect our design excellence.

This role requires someone who understands premium, minimalist design, has a strong eye for detail, and can adapt architectural and interior content into compelling visual stories.

Delhi/NCR (office base in Dwarka Sector 17 with occasional travel to project sites, events, or shoots as required)

Role Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain brand visual identity for Spine Infratech and related brands across all touchpoints.

• Design marketing and communication collaterals:

• Project brochures, profiles, and capability decks

• Client presentations and pitch decks

• Social media creatives, reels covers, stories, and ad creatives

• Website banners, UI assets, and digital communication

• Create on-site and spatial graphics: signages, wayfinding, wall graphics, experience-centre visuals, and event branding.

• Translate architectural drawings, 3D renders, and site photos into polished case studies and project narratives.

• Work with the leadership and marketing teams to conceptualise campaigns, design themes, and content series.

• Collaborate with photographers, visualisers, and agencies to ensure brand consistency and quality.

• Prepare print-ready files, coordinate with printers, and ensure high production standards for all physical collaterals.

• Maintain an organised library of design assets, templates, and brand guidelines for internal use.

• Ensure all designs are aligned with the brand’s positioning: premium, modern, minimalist, and architecture-led.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• 3–7 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer (experience in architecture / interiors / real estate / premium lifestyle brands is a plus).

• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, print, and digital design work.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; XD/Figma is a plus)

• Basic knowledge of video editing / motion graphics (Premiere Pro/After Effects/CapCut/etc. is an advantage).

• Understanding of layouts, typography, colour theory, and minimalist visual language.

• Experience in preparing print-ready files and working with vendors/printers.

• Ability to understand project context (architecture & interiors) and convert technical content into simple, elegant visuals.

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
