Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer - Sales & Design, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Interior Designer - Sales & Design will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their space planning needs and providing design solutions. Day-to-day tasks include creating construction drawings, designing interiors, and selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment). The role involves coordinating with suppliers, contractors and managing project timelines to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Space Planning and Interior Design skills
• Architecture and Construction Drawings experience
• Proficiency in selecting and managing FF&E
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management and time management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Experience in the Greater Kolkata Area market is a plus
• Freshers to upto 2 years of experience as an Interior Designer (may apply)
• Holds knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.
• Holds design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style)
• Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation)
• Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning)
• Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details)
• Holds project expertise in Creating BoQ for customers, Coordinating with internal & external agencies.
• Holds sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch, Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers.
