Interior Designer - Sales & Design

As an Interior Designer - Sales at Livspace, your role will involve using your creative thinking skills to create Modular designs based on client conversations. It is essential for you to have excellent communication skills to regularly interact with clients, assess their needs, and adjust your approach based on feedback. You will be responsible for owning the Sales funnel, driving Sales Closure, and ensuring a positive Customer Experience throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will lead and maintain the quality and accuracy of design deliverables, staying updated on Interior Design trends to provide innovative ideas for clients. Key Responsibilities: - Own the Sales funnel and drive Sales Closure - Own Customer Experience during a project - Lead and own the quality & accuracy of design deliverables - Own an end-to-end Project lifecycle - Create Modular designs based on client conversations - Maintain familiarity with Interior Design trends - Create BoQ for customers - Coordinate with internal & external agencies for project execution - Deliver logical & trusted Sales pitches - Lead Design meetings with customers - Demonstrate expertise in design tools, PPT presentation, and AutoCAD - Exhibit design expertise in Conceptual design, Technical design, Modular design, and Civil works & Services - Possess a minimum of 1 year experience as an Interior Designer - Have led and delivered a minimum of 2 to 4 Residential Modular KWS projects and Renovation projects - Demonstrate behavioral attributes such as Result orientation, Teamwork, Integrity & Ethics, and Crisp communication - Display a high willingness to learn and drive performance among team members Qualifications Required: - Graduation or relevant Diploma in Interior Design - Minimum 1 year of experience as an Interior Designer - Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, and AutoCAD - Design expertise in Conceptual design, Technical design, Modular design, and Civil works & Services - Project expertise in Creating BoQ for customers and Coordinating with internal & external agencies - Sales expertise in Sales Closure and leading Design meetings with customers Livspace is India's top online home improvement & interior destination for consumers and the world's first design automation platform for designers.
