Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer Site Supervisor to oversee and manage interior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and our design team.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of interior design projects, including site visits, design development, and project execution.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure that design concepts are successfully translated into real-world spaces.
• Supervise and lead on-site construction and installation activities, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to design specifications.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address their questions and concerns.
• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors and vendors as necessary.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior design project management and site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and design tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus.
