Interior Designer - Luxury Segment (Sales)

As an Interior Designer at Urban Nest, you play a crucial role in creating beautiful and practical spaces through your excellent creative thinking skills. Your primary responsibilities include: - Owning the Sales funnel and driving Sales Closure. - Ensuring exceptional Customer Experience throughout the project. - Leading and ensuring the quality and accuracy of design deliverables. - Managing the end-to-end Project lifecycle. To excel in this role, you are required to meet the following qualifications: - Graduation or relevant Diploma in Interior Design. - Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Interior Designer. - Experience in leading and delivering a minimum of 3 to 5 Turnkey or Full Home Residential projects. - Proficiency in design tools such as PPT presentation and AutoCAD. - Expertise in Conceptual design including Layout, Style, and Moodboard, Technical design, and Modular design. - Knowledge of Civil works & Services specifications and installation details. - Ability to create BoQ for customers and coordinate with internal & external agencies. - Sales expertise in Sales Closure and leading Design meetings with customers. - Desired behavioural attributes include being Result-oriented, a Team player, embodying Integrity & Ethics, and having Crisp & meaningful communication skills. - High willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among team members.
